The “Recruitment Camps” were initiated by national club coaches to recruit young athletes via an intro to a wide variety of sport activities.
Overall Focus
- Multi-sports activity approach (Ski Jumping, Mountain Biking, Rollerblading, Biathlon, Outdoor Sport Games, Swimming, Hiking, Climbing Wall, Mini golf, Euro- Bungee, Field Gymnastics, etc.)
Target Group
- Children from the ages of 6 to 15

- National Ski Association
Timing
- Five days per recruitment camp
