“Kids on Snow” is a project initiated by the German Association of Ski Instructors to promote all winter sport activities. The concept allows children to learn in a playful way while at the same time experiencing, experimenting with and discovering new things about snow in a variety of arenas. To motivate the children, the association developed a mascot named “Snuki” (= snow and kids) that accompanies the children during all snow activities. A “Kids on Snow – license” is given to qualified ski schools to ensure professional instructions.
