- Competition Day; Set the Date
- Start Time Final; Set the Time, Start Interval and Competition Duration
- Start Time for the Awards Ceremonies, Set the Start Time and Duration
- Start Time of Qualification (and different Training Sessions) Set the Daily Program, Qualification, Start Interval and Duration of training Sessions and Inspections.
- Official Training Sessions Set the Weekly Program with the Duration and Number of Training Sessions
- Team Captain Meeting (must be within 24 of start of competition) Set the Start Time and Duration
- Unofficial Training Sessions (not on course and if possible) Set the Start Times and Durations
- Competition Program Intergration Check for Conflicts with other Internal or External Programs
