3062 Insurance

3062.1 Host Nation

The host nation for a FIS authorized competition, is responsible for providing adequate comprehensive liability insurance coverage for the competition and all aspects of competition. See Rules 212 and 212.2.

3062.2 Competitors

With the issuance of a licence and race entry the National Ski Association confirms that valid and sufficient accident insurance for training and competition is in place for the competitor and assumes full responsibility.
