[edit] Three (3) levels of FIS TD Licenses
Based on theoretical and practical experience
NSA must nominate TDs for licensing to the FIS
[edit] FIS Freestyle “C” License TD
- Requirements for “C” License determined by individual NSAs
- Generally attend National Officials’ Clinic & work as TD Candidate at a Nationally sanctioned competition
[edit] FIS “B” License TD
- Attend a FIS Freestyle TD Seminar
- Work as a TD Candidate at one (1) “B” or “A” Level competitions
- Work as a Chief of Competition at a minimum of two (2) B Level competitions or
- Work as a TD at a minimum of two (2) “C” Level competitions

- Attend a FIS Freestyle TD Seminar
- Work as a TD Candidate or Chief of Competition at a minimum of two (2) “A” Level competitions
- Work as a TD at a minimum of two (2) “B” Level competitions
