Swedish Ski Federation would like to invite you to the yearly update and FIS Freestyle Judges Clinic 2009/2010 in Stockholm (SWE).

• Arrival date is 8^th of October (If you would like to arrive on the 7^th, we can organize this for a good price)

• Departure date is 11^th of October (Departure with flights from Arlanda should not be earlier then 15.00)

• Your annual improvement and eligibility to judge WC the coming season depends on your complete participation during all three days of seminar.

• Return your form no later than August 15, 2009

Prices are per person.

In the price the following is included:

• Hotel room, 3 nights

• Breakfast (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

• Lunch (Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (If early / late Arrival & Departure)

• 2 coffee breaks/day during meetings with snacks (Thursday - Sunday)

Thursday –Sunday = 3550 SEK / 325 EUR Double Room (2 persons per room) 4350 SEK / 400 EUR Single Room

As a reminder: This amount must be paid on site to hotel with money (EUR / SEK) or valid credit card. There will not be any changes or invoices sent to different nations / federations.

Hotel has restaurants and there are possibilities to have dinner there with normal dinner menu.

Hotel has a free shuttle from Arlanda Airport daily.

Hotel is outside of Arlanda Airport and app: 35 km from downtown Stockholm. Transportation during nights and evenings is: train, busses and possibilities from Arlanda Airport. Also taxis are working. Train from Arlanda takes 20 min to downtown Stockholm.
