Overall Focus
  • Czech Ski Federation (CSF) in cooperation with company Myland opened first SnowKidz park in the most famous Czech mountain resort Špindlerův Mlýn at the end of last winter and for this season has a simple aim – learn to love snow as much children as possible and support family with children during their winter trips e.g. through skipass reductions.
  • CSF wants to open new parks during this and next winter and long-term plan is usage of parks for marketing and media events as well as for various family contests. In upcoming season SnowKidz park will be presented during Czech WC races and EYOWF 2011 in Liberec.
  • Two snow parks in the main Czech ski resorts (Spindleruv Mlyn and Harrachov). We plan to build up new six parks in Krušné hory and one mobile park in Cupital city Prague for next season 2011/2012.

Main goal is increment of children interest in winter sports through amusing game. Other push is help to parents allure their children to winter sports and give them elementals, inspiration and possibility to spend time together during snow activities.

Target Group

  • Children from the ages of 4 years.


  • Events for children during WC and EC races (in Liberec, Spindleruv Mlyn, Bozi Dar), photo contest for children in whole winter, huge media coverage also in public TV ski magazine "White Track", presentation through web pages and advertising materials.
  • Partners: Czech Ski Association, Company Myland
