23. Technical Rules

All further technical rules concerning the FIS World Championships are included in the FIS International Competition Rules (ICR).

23.1 The Organising Committee must put at the disposal of the teams reserved parking within proximity of the hotel, of the lifts as well as of the finish areas.

Transportation free of charge for teams that do not have their own means of transportation must be assured by the Organising Committee from the hotel to the lift and back to the hotel.

During training and competition, priority must be given to the competitors, coaches, team personnel and officials on all lifts serving the runs concerned.

23.1.1 Training Courses

For Cross-Country Skiing, Alpine Skiing, Freestyle and Snowboarding the Organising Committee must put at the disposal of all teams well, race-like prepared and fenced-off courses for warming-up and training. At least one of these courses must be available for the whole day, starting with the official day of arrival.

23.2 The Organising Committee must provide sufficient qualified forerunners according to the respective International Competition Rules, who are suitably qualified to perform on the Championship courses.

23.3 The Organising Committee has to put at the disposal of the competitors a heated and separate waiting room near the start area in which the competitors can stay during training intervals, respectively between the two runs of a competition.
