21. Information and General Report to the FIS

21.1 The Organising National Ski Association shall keep the FIS informed about the work in progress.

21.2 A written progress report shall be provided to the FIS Council every six months with details of the activities and preparations. The final report is to be submitted after the Championships and contain facts, figures and other useful details to assist future Organisers.

21.3 A short report shall be made to the delegates of the FIS Congress at the Congress prior to the championships and the one following its conclusion.

21.4 As soon as possible after the competitions, at the latest after 10 days, the Organising National Ski Association shall forward to the FIS 10 copies of the complete lists of results, and one month after the conclusion of the competitions an all inclusive report on the FIS World Championships.
