Each National Ski Association has to announce to the Organising Committee the expected total number of team members (athletes according to 9.1 and officials according to 9.4) by the deadlines stated in the invitation published by the Organising Committee by July 1st of the year preceding the championships as provided for in article 13. Time-limits for Entry.

Furthermore the Organising Committee must be informed latest 24 hours after the last FIS World Cup event before the championships about the names of the team members, eventual changes to the originally registered size of team (athletes according to 9.1 and officials according to 9.4) and their arrival or departure dates, as well as an eventual withdrawal from the event. This deadline is the same as for the submission of the Final Team Selection, as described in article 13.3.3 of the FIS Rules for the Organisation of World Championships.

If this information is not communicated by the published deadline of 24 hours after the last FIS World Cup event before the championships, the Organising Committee has the right to invoice the costs incurred for cancelled accommodation to the National Ski Association concerned.

Teams or persons who register late and do not observe the published deadlines have no right for the reservation or the payment of accommodation expenses.
